INEZ HOLLANDER received her A.B. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami. She also has post-graduate training at Florida International University and the University of Miami. Hollander’s 50 years of artistic experience include teaching at the Dade County Public Schools, student teaching supervision for the University of Miami, the Bass Museum School, the South Florida Art Center and special demonstrations for WLRN, the Miami Art Fair, the South Florida Art Center and the Miami Watercolor Society. |

Ms.
Hollander has worked with all media and exhibits nationally. Her work
has been featured in American Artist Watercolor magazine and also appears
in private and corporate collections. Currently, Ms. Hollander is teaching
and working from her studio in Bay Harbor Islands. |

| “I try to use the painting medium so that the paint, water and support are the true subject matter and the images are just an excuse to begin. In the beginning, I describe the image accurately. But as the paint begins to flow and the right brain takes over, the images change, develop and become new entities. The result is an interesting and exciting creation.” |
